BAND COACHES – Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers who would like to become a Rock Academy Band Coach. As a Band Coach you will be given the opportunity to support our musicians on The Rock Academy Foundation’s Band Experience. Our musicians meet up weekly for a 2 hour session, and you will support them with their technical, creative and performance abilities. You will also support them through live public performance at our end of term events.
As a band coach you will have a minimum level of grade 5 theory and / or practical experience in your specialist instrument and experience of working with young musicians.
KEYBOARD TUTOR – Paid Position
We are looking for a keyboard tutor to starting running individual lessons and short courses for our musicians. You will have experience of teaching keyboards with young musicians aged under 18 years old.
We are looking for a vocal tutor to starting running individual lessons and short courses for our musicians. You will have experience of teaching vocal with young musicians aged under 18 years old.
All successful applicants will be given necessary training and support by The Rock Academy Foundation, including DBS/CRB Checks, First Aid and Safe Guarding Children training.
